Amplified Music

Amplified Fee - This covers that there are no other activities on the entire property. No other campers, small events, yoga classes, carriage rides, riding lessons etc.
Non amplified music is 60 dBA during daytime hours (7:00 AM to 10:00 PM) and 40 dBA during nighttime hours (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM)

Set Up Crew

Event crew allowed on property to set up and break down before and after the event.
Contact us about additional people and 3rd party companies that are setting up equipment like stages, tents, or other production.

Most events have 2+ EMTs available and often a first aid tent.
Security is usually 4-8 people keeping track of incoming guests, parking lot control, and keeping an eye on the attendees during the event.

Toilets!! - 4 are included and this number will only serve up to 75 people for 3 days.
Additional people will require additional toilets.
Mid Event Cleanings are also available for larger events!

Portable Toilets

Four (4) Portable toilets are provided for 75 people over 2 days.
Plan on 1 additional Portable toilet for every 20 additional people, on premise for 2 days.
There can be mid event toilet cleaning which is what we usually recommend for large festivals.

Our Portable Toilet Vendor does offer additional toilets that can be placed as needed.

Trash Trailer 6 yd. included, or 13 yd. $500
All trash must be bagged prior to placing it in trash trailer.
Unbagged trash and/or trash not placed in trailer $25 per bag fee
