Do you have a large group that wants to have a get-away in the mountains? Pikes Peak Group Area is a large private mountain meadow surrounded by 50-acres of pine trees and aspen, with a beautiful view of Pikes Peak. It can host up to 300 people. Very secluded, yet just off a paved highway, this property is surrounded by Pike National Forest. It is easily accessible for all vehicles, including RVs and motorhomes, and there are pleasant sites among the trees for tent campers. The meadow has a communal firepit, 3 picnic tables, and 4 portable toilets. Your event will be behind a locked gate and inside a fence 50-acre mountain pasture, so you will have no worries about party crashers. The property has direct access to hiking, horseback riding and biking trails, and is close to fishing, climbing, kayaking and ATV opportunities.
Available for group events, clubs, family reunions, educational opportunities, retreats, corporate groups and non-profits. We can customize our logistics for your intended group size. Please plan to book at least three weeks ahead to enable sufficient lead time for us to customize our logistics for your intended group. If you desire to have amplified music, there is an Amplified Music Surcharge available in "Extras." For groups over 75, you should plan on adding one additional toilet for every 40 more guests. Disc Golf - we have 3 separate, disc golf courses on the property, one of which, (Little Scraggy West), is located on Pikes Peak View's 50 acres. When this location is reserved, access to play is limited to those guests only. Little Scraggy Main course across the road, has a Pro Shop and a free 18 hole putting course, which is great for those who have never played disc golf and want to try it out, (we have free loaner discs).
